All of our IT charges are based on hourly rates; therefore there is no requirement for you to take out an expensive service contract. You simply pay for the time you use. Alternatively, for larger projects a fixed fee can be negotiated in advance.

Nitecrest are the UKʼs leading specialist manufacturer and printer of gift, payment, loyalty and phone cards in the world. Already an audit client of Fairhurst, they have engaged the Fairhurst payroll department to process their payroll. Fairhurst developed an interface to import the working hours from their electronic clock card system directly into the Fairhurst payroll system to eliminate re-keying information for over 200 employees. This system segregates and secures the clock card data and highlights any amendments that have been made. The data can be therefore be quickly and easily reviewed by the Nitecrest management with any alterations being clearly visible.

One Stop Hire Ltd
With eight branches throughout the region, One Stop Hire are now the largest independent hirer of power tools, access systems and small plant in the North West. Concerned about the lack of management information available from their specialist hire program they approached Fairhurst to develop a bespoke management reporting system. The system developed by Fairhurst extracts the transactions from their hire program and processes and summarises the data in a format requested by the directors. The management can now compare current performance with budgets and prior year figures, particularly highlighting the performance of individual depots.
